Training is an event.
Facilitation is a system.
The F4 Facilitator Performance Improvement System helps organizations identify, measure, and improve the five fundamental facilitation skills. Together, we create facilitators who can consistently transform information into understanding, understanding into action, and action into measurable results.
TAKE THE F4
F4 Baseline Self-Assessment
The F4 System begins with the Baseline Observation conducted by a certified F4 Observer. We take objective notes on the 5 fundamental skills: Education, Motivation, Demonstration, Personalization and Certification. Each of these skill areas has three micro-skills that are scored.
Micro-skills are observed during facilitation and scored on a scale of 1 to 5. When a facilitator demonstrates behaviors that fall between two anchor descriptions, we score upward (i.e., between a 1 and 3 = score 3).
THE 5 FUNDAMENTAL
Facilitator Skills Intensives
Great learning experiences don't happen by accident. They are intentionally designed.
These intensives help organizations strengthen the five fundamental facilitation skills most closely associated with learner engagement, skill development, learning transfer, and performance improvement.
